kinda reluctant to get up tis morning... cus last nite slept @ abt 1.30am... but then wat to do... gotta go 4 my ippt self-training... if not tat pig-OC will oink again... hahahaha :P kinda stupid oso lah... i took bus down 2 near kenny's palce then walk 2 bedok stadium... reach there 1st tingy i rush 4 the toilet... cus my shit coming out liaoz :P then started my 2.4km run... timed it... man it was 14.25 mins sia... so damn slow ar... due to the stitches i got in the last 2 round... walked 4 abt 1 round... :P then did some sprinting n push ups etc... :P then walked all the way home... weather still so freaking hot... then on the way home felt a slight headache too... hai~ maybe no enough rest bah... reached home abt 10am :P

hai~ later still gotta go 4 afternoon shift somemore... hai~... hai~ go play game liaoz :P
