Fantasy vs Reality

i know i said i wasn't gonna blog abt my work... but 2day was abit special...

was working at capital tower tis morning, the copier can copy cus of a circuit board, but there r 3 types of board tat could cus the error... luckily i got a spare board in the office... so walked back to fuji xerox tower to get it n back to capital tower to replace it... but then the error still there, sian loh so i called my team leader ask her for help... n confirm if need to change another board...

so end up got the 2nd board to replace... but it's not the changing of boards tat's special abt 2day... but becus i cant access to the customer's office once i step out of it... cus the reception is in another level n there's no one seated near the door... so there's tis guy who brought me in to the copier, gave me his contact so i can call him inorder to get back in when i return with spares... so altogether i went out twice to get spares... i felt so paiseh i apologised to him cus his office is not on the same level either... afew floors down... so twice he had to come up to open the door for me... when i tried to apologise n explain to him wat's wrong with the copier, he said sometingy back:

"no worries, we're all working for a living, we understand..."

wah these words sound so nice n comforting loh... especially when i compare with those customers who r so fussy abt y we take so long to fix the copier or complaint y the copier always down...

how i wish everyone had tat same concept in mind... then it would be so much better working for a living...
